Head of Marketing, Wrapp
Lisa Enckell is the Head of Marketing at the fast-growing social-gifting company Wrapp. Lisa joined Wrapp when the company had eight employees and has played a key role in growing the company to 50+ employees in eight markets in less than a year. Wrapp offers a new ingenious take on social and mobile gifting, where retailers and brands use the service to drive traffic and sales.
As Head of Marketing at Wrapp, Lisa and has been part of developing the concept of „friend-to-friend marketing“ and created multiple services that Wrapp offers leading retailers and brands such as H&M, Levi’s, Sephora and Gap. She is also greatly involved in the product development, combining the interest of merchants and users to create a service that is beneficial for both. Before joining Wrapp Lisa worked as a PR consultant, presenter and theatre producer. She holds an MSc in Business and Economics with a major in marketing and media management from Stockholm School of Economics.
Wrapp is a social-gifting service for celebrating friends with free and paid gift cards from top brands. Wrapp allows friends to contribute to the gift cards for group gifting and makes it fun and easy to give, receive and redeem gift cards using mobile devices and the web. Founded in 2011, Wrapp is based in Stockholm and San Francisco. In January 2012, Wrapp closed its Series A funding from Atomico, Greylock and Creandum. Niklas Zennström (Skype) and Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn) have joined Wrapp’s board.
