4. When is it, at what time?
31st of March 2017 from 9:00 to 17:00.
5. Where is it?
The conference centre is located at Grand Hotel Reykjavik.
All of Reykjavik’s main attractions are just minutes away from the Grand Hotel Reykjavík, making the hotel ideally placed to get the very best from Reykjavik. The Grand Hotel Reykjavík is situated close to the centre of the city.
In regards of accommodation, we also recommend Hótel Óðinsvé – But you can also find hotels using Hotels.is. Most hotels are located in central Reykjavik, and if you are staying over the weekend we suggest that you book a hotel there, but take a taxi to and from the venue (estimated cost is 15 – 20 euros).
For flights to Iceland we recommend WOW Air – www.wowiceland.co.uk.

This is a Marketing Conference and is for those with most stages of knowledge. This is for anyone who wants to build traffic to their website and/or get a better understanding of Internet marketing and communications.

9. What do I have to bring with me?
Nothing…except maybe some money for food, drinks, and good times in the lively Icelandic capital.
10. Will there be anything to eat and drink?
Yes, there will be a light breakfast on offer, as well as refreshments throughout the day (coffee, tea, etc…. )
11. Will there be any intermissions/breaks?
There will be short breaks and lunch breaks throughout the day

13. How do you get from Keflavik International Airport (KEF) to the Hotel/Venue?
If you are staying at a Hotel in Reykjavik we recommend that you take the Airport Shuttle, it’s the cheapest option (EUR 15 one way, EUR 20 return) and they will drive you directly to most larger hotels in the city. If you do not want to take the shuttle, you can take a taxi from the airport, which costs around EUR 50. Taking a taxi is the fastest but most expensive way.

If you want to book a ticket ,then do so using the form and we will send you the invoice, at that time you can let us know if you want to pay by wire or credit card, If with credit card then our sales team will call you to get the details.
15. What is the Cancellation Policy of RIMC?
If you need to cancel your conference ticket for any reason, notify our registration department by phone +354 540 9500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before 20th of February 2017. 60% of the RIMC ticket price will be refunded for all cancellations made between 20th and 27th of February 2017. No cancellations will be refunded after 27th of February 2017.
